Football, Day 9

VTV - GL 2-7 (1-2)

A great way to end the season. Again a good game from our side, with a terrific second half when we scored 5 goals. Actually the opponents were better than the ones from the last weak, but we played more efficiently :)). Personally, I consider it has been a great summer season and a wonderful experience. In the end, we did not perform so bad as some of the FGI colleagues though at the beginning of the season. Today, I took a photo as well. Unfortunately, there were only eight of us.

In addition: Eetu, Salu, Tomi T., Jaakko and Pekka played for the FGI team during the season.

Football, Day 8

HUVI - GL 1-5 (0-4)

What a victory!!! What a performance!!! What a wonderful sunny day!!! Today, we did an amazing game. A very good first half in which we took a comfortable lead. In the second half, we continued attacking and creating lots of opportunities. Either their goalie, the pools or our relaxation made the score not to evolve astonishingly. In the end, we converted in a goal only one more opportunity. The opponents scored their goal in the very last seconds. So, this is a second victory in a raw and the feeling is nice. One more game and the season is finished. Hyvää töitä GL:n jalkapallomaajoukkue!!!

Football, Day 7

GL - KELA 3-0

There is no much to say about this game as it was not played. It was a forfeited victory as the opponents could not gather a team to play against us. A victory is a victory but personally I would have liked to do it on the field. This was the first game from the 2nd phase of the tournament. Two other games will follow before the season is closed.
